Shipping policy

KITVERLANE delivers to addresses within the United States. All prices and shipping charges are listed in US dollars.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping costs $3.00 for orders with a merchandise subtotal below $50.00.

Standard shipping is free for orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50.00 or more.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Including order processing, estimated delivery is 7–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other delivery conditions may affect transit times.

Available delivery options for your address are shown at checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation containing tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a shipping label is created.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing time, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate when available, and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund.

Address Changes and Delivery Problems

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. You do not need to resolve a carrier claim on your own before contacting us.
