Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact support@kitverlane.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and the change you are requesting.

Before Dispatch

We will try to cancel or update an order before it ships. Because order processing may begin promptly, submitting a request does not guarantee that a change can be made.

If we confirm cancellation before dispatch, we will issue a full refund for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges attributable to those items. No cancellation fee applies.

After Dispatch

Once an order has shipped, cancellation or address changes may no longer be possible. You may request an eligible return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Delayed or Unavailable Orders

If we cannot dispatch an order within the stated processing period, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept an updated shipping estimate or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled items and associated charges.
