Refund policy
We accept eligible return and exchange requests within 30 days after delivery. Return shipping and exchange shipping within the United States are free. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Return Eligibility
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with their included parts and accessories. Please retain the original packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect an item to determine whether it meets your needs. Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations is not covered by our change-of-mind return policy.
These conditions do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
How to Request a Return

Photos of the issue, where helpful for damaged or incorrect items.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions. Please use the address provided in those instructions rather than sending a package to our business address without contacting us.
Send the approved return within 14 days after receiving the return label. If you need additional time, contact us before the label or return period expires.
Free Return Shipping
KITVERLANE covers standard return shipping for eligible US returns, including change-of-mind returns. Use the prepaid label we provide. If you need another return method, contact us before purchasing postage.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 30 days after delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
We cover the return shipping and standard shipping of the replacement item. If you choose a different item, any price difference will be explained before the exchange is completed.
If a suitable replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund for the returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as you discover a problem. Retain the item and packaging while we review the issue.
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional shipping cost to you. A short reporting delay does not automatically remove rights available under applicable law.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome and process an approved refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
For change-of-mind returns, the original $3.00 outbound shipping charge, if paid, is not refundable. We do not deduct an outbound shipping charge from orders that qualified for free shipping.
If the return results from our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will also refund any original shipping charge attributable to the affected item.
Applicable taxes will be adjusted with the refund.
